Driving thru town on a long road trip when my transmission blew!!!
Had AAA bring my car to this shop.
These guys are the fastest working, most hardest working guys I have ever came across!
I'm so blessed to have found this little shop.
These guys have extremely reasonable rates and are 100% trustworthy!!
They got a new transmission in my car in a day and a half!
I was back up and running and ready to hit the road!
David the owner is totally awesome!
Not only did I get a warranty, but he assured me that id make it home safely or he'd come and get me!
I sure wish I had a shop like this near my home!
Very nice crew of guys.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of car service!!
Thank you guys for all the help with getting me home safely!!!

Dishonest. The first thing that the owner said was "I am going to lie for you to get the most out of your insurance company."
He instructs you not to call or say anything to your insurance company.
Just turn around and find another shop.

Just had an awesome experience with Alpha Automotive. My wife and her mother were passing through town and had a car problem. It was 7:00p and she couldn't find anyplace open. She called me and I found Alpha on Google Maps, and chose them just because they were close.
I called David (the owner, I think) and he agreed to stay open and wait for them, even though they were planning to close at 7:00p. When she arrived, he had a mechanic make the minor repair and didn't charge her anything.
How cool is that!!! If I was in El Paso, David would be my new regular mechanic!

this business is a joke, had some major work done on my vehicle. the truck was able to run but the performance was poor, workmanship poor, they threw all their trash in the bed of my truck. mr mo never produced an itemized statements for the parts, he just ask for the money. so i checked with the BBB. here is the link to better help you!!!
