Terrible work, completely unprofessional, and it took too long. Manager all but accused me of insurance fraud, however, my insurance company decided I was right. I think the obviously terrible work was done out of spite.

I got backed into on a road in a residential neighborhood. I took my car to Collision because they were close and I recognized the name. When I picked it up I noticed that the end of the hood that had been dented in the collision wasn't fixed. There was also a light housing bracket broken that they didn't fix. After speaking to the person in charge at the body shop it was obvious that for some reason he thought I was trying to defraud the insurance company. I then spoke to my insurance agent who assured me that those things should have been, and would be fixed. When I got my car back for the second time it was all fixed, but the work was terrible. It looked like they replaced my hood with a used one that was in worse shape than mine. There were runs, fisheyes, and pits in the paint and workin no time it was chipping off. If I could give them zero stars I would.
