Since we live in South County, we just stumbled upon Dorman's through our google search. My husband found a truck there he liked very much, and he ended up buying it.
The staff is very personable, yet professional. There were a few things that had to get done on the truck and they were met with no hesitation. We wanted a pleasant experience, and that's what we got. We even received a Thank you note acknowledging our business, which you don't see very often, this was a nice touch to a happy ending.
We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

This place is great! My car broke down several times while I was living here and my friend referred me to these people. Not only are they great customer service, but always have been honest and super-accomodating. (Let me leave my car there for days because I was having issues picking it up). They also helped me find the least expensive ways to fix my car. I will recommend this place highly to anyone. I work at Memorial hospital and the awesome thing is its walking distance so its convenient to leave your car there for a checkup and then walk to work!

I have been going to Dorman's for well over 10 years for my car. I have never had a complaint, they are very fair with their prices, and do top notch work. I have never had to return my car for any reason.

The worst thing ever happened to me in US, brought a car from them and next worst thing is give it for warranty service with them to get it back with a dent. :(. Not sure if this happened only with me, but with my experience, I will suggest u think twice before going to them, or if u don't have any other option.

Always honest and willing to work with the customer. A very trustworthy company for all your car needs. I have been there for anything from oil changes to them fixing my smashed up car. They made dealing with the insurance company easy after an accident.
