Great group of guys and it's the first time I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off! I actually pulled in on my way to another mechanic because they were closer. They helped with my issues and they were almost $200 less than the quotes I got around town. They also found some wiring issues that a previous mechanic did and fixed it for me. I'll definitely be taking my car care needs to Dave's shop!

BEWARE!!!! While Richard is a...

BEWARE!!!! While Richard is a very knowledgeable mechanic, the owner is more than underhanded. I had heard from a friend of a friend they could work on old trucks, so I called and discussed my recent purchase with them. Richard said he was happy to take a look out it, drive it around, put it up on the lift and give me some recommendations. He did just that and had some good advice. Then Dave, the owner called, and said they'd need some money down to get started and order parts. Sounded reasonable, so I put $1500 on the credit card and they gave me a list of things that needed to be done. When I looked up the cost of the parts that night, I realized Dave was charging more than double the cost I could order them for. I called first thing the next AM and said don't do anything, don't order parts, no work until I talk to someone about the cost. Dave was not around but would call me back...no call, so I called the next same and got the same response. No call on the third day so I went there personally. Dave was still not there but they assured me nothing was ordered or would be done until we were all on the same page. Still no call, so I went to pick up the truck and Dave wanted to charge $1000 for the work already done....but nothing had been done....and he wouldn't refund the $500 difference from the $1500 I gave him (we only do store credit). He claimed they washed the engine to find leaks, it was filthy, certainly hadn't been cleaned. He claims they changed the plugs and valve cover gasket....I could barely get the car home it drove so bad and the valve covers are leaking oil Just my experience, but beware and get it all in writing before any money changes hands and do your home work...Dave would like to get his hand in your pocket too

I had a flat tire this morning and I'd like to relay the SUPERIOUR SERVICE I received from this local shop today. I called Zach at Dave's Complete Car Care on Hwy 5 and 92, and they immediately sent someone (very experienced I might ad) to my home, removed my front tires and within 2 hours, returned with new tires, bolted them on and took credit card payment. I also must point out that I shopped around for prices before calling them, and they were less expensive than most other places. I am completely happy with the service I received and will continue to recommend them to others. They made what could have been a terrible day into a very pleasant experience. Thank you to Zach, Dave and employees for your professionalism and great service!

This is in reply to Jung II Hack, first of all you demanded a full synthetic oil change for the price of a non-synthetic oil change. Second you did not just come in for an oil change(there was mounting and balancing of tires involved). Third, you would not stay out of the shop causing my employees to become distracted trying to escort you to the waiting room as customers are not allowed in the work area(insurance regulations). So to the point that we are a scam, you obviously have a different shop that allows you to walk around the work area. Or maybe they also got upset with you because of all that and that's why you ended up causing a normal Saturday into a extremely stressful day for your actions.

If you want to know how much I trust this place, I'll put it this way: I had them repair one vehicle 2 weeks ago and now I've got 2 other vehicles down there right now. I know that if any of these 3 vehicles are back down there it will be for something completely unrelated or because of my wreckless pursuit to test out every components point of failure...

I found this place by accident, and I am glad that I did. The past two times that I have been there I was amazed at how quickly Richard found and fixed the problem. He also explained everything so that I would be able to rationalize it in my head, I appreciated that. Scott is a good front man because he is a good communicator, and he knew that it would take about three hours for my vehicle to be ready, so he drove me home so that i could relax in my recliner or do the chores that my wife makes me do.
