Over charges for snow plow pump work. Job supplies & EPA Charges 39.73 really? Over charges on parts 2 to 3 times what I could of got them for!

Called and drove all over town today (and in the past) for an emergent repair and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were they extremely pleasant, respectful, and professional but reasonably priced too! They got my car in on quick notice and repaired it as well. They have a full staff in the garage and in the office. Job well done!!!!!!!!!

The engine overheated while we were on I-71 near the Mansfield exit, 2 hours from home. After trying 2 other garages on the way, both of which were closed, we saw this place listed with a review detailing a similar situation. When we pulled in, they were courteous and prompt, and made it a point to fit us in, knowing we were out of our element. We waited in a clean and well appointed office reception area, with cable and a Keurig, and the car was on the lift within an hour. They took care of us in a pinch and saved our weekend with little expense.

I was broken down off I-71 near Mansfield, and I had to find somewhere to have the car towed for repair. I'm from Cincinnati, and I was traveling to Cleveland for business. I found Prosser's on Yelp, but they didn't have any reviews. It was a very lucky choice. The car arrived after business hours, but they were still working and they assured me that they'd get to it the next day. They had a lot of cars there, and I figured my chances were slim that I'd get the car the following day which would have required a 300 mile round trip back to retrieve the car, or another overnight stay which I didn't have time for. They got the car repaired by early afternoon, gave it a full inspection to see how everything else looked, and all for a very fair price. Experiences like this restore my faith in people. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE. I wish there was a Prosser's in Cincinnati! Thank you!
